We would love to have you
join us. Below you will find more
information about this year's ride including our two routes ranging
from 28 miles to 90 miles. We tried to
provide all the information you need, but of course if you have any
questions, please feel free to email
us.
THE ROUTES
1) Cape Cod from end to end – (90 miles) Woods Hole to
Provincetown.
We start on a bike trail that takes us to
the sea shore, which we then follow. We turn North at East Falmouth
towards Mashpee to avoid Rte 28, and again join the South shore at
Osterville. We have views of the water until we make our first rest
stop in Hyannis. We then cycle on calm easy streets that eventually get
us to the South Dennis start of the Cape Cod Rail Trail complex. Lunch
awaits us at Nickerson State Park under a canopy of large trees. We
continue on the Rail Trail to its end at South Wellfleet, where soon
after we find another rest stop right by a beach on the Cape Cod
National Seashore. We are now ready to face the last miles until we
reach Provincetown where the pool or a hot shower are awaiting us.
2) The Cape Cod Rail Trail – (28 miles) South
Dennis to Wellfleet. Almost flat, with no car traffic to worry about.
LOGISTICS

RIDER COMMITMENT REQUIREMENTS
- $80
registration.
- Raise
a minimum of $500 (registration counts towards minimum).
- Raise
an extra $500 and get a free hotel room for two in Provincetown
Saturday after the ride (rooms only guaranteed if commitment made
by 07/10/2010).
