Please join us for the Friends Ride for Neurofibromatosis.
Over four years, we have raised $100,000 in support of medical
research to treat and cure Neurofibromatosis (or NF for short). By
joining you can help find a cure as well as help those affected by this
disorder and their families. We thank those who participated in the Fourth
Annual Friends for Neurofibromatosis Bike Ride by riding, volunteering,
supporting, and donating and hope the 2009 ride is our best ride yet.

THE ROUTES
1) Cape Cod from end to end – (85 miles) Woods Hole to Provincetown.
Over roads and trail, with flat and low hill areas. Great varied views
2) A Full Century – for those that can’t do with less than 100
miles! The route above, with additions to reach the century mark.
3) The Cape Cod Rail Trail – (28 miles) South Dennis to Wellfleet.
Almost flat, with no car traffic to worry about.
WHERE THE MONEY GOES
The funds we raise go to Neurofibromatosis, Inc. New England (www.nfincne.org),
earmarked for the Harvard Center for NF and Allied Disorders (www.cnfad.org).
